The last couple of days my steering wheel has made this noise like it's rubbing and the steering does not feel normal. Not sure what is going on but it feels unsafe.

Explorer XLT 3.2L V6

I believe Ford needs to Expand the Recall 14S06 dates. It is ridiculous to have Power steering issues on a completely electrical power steering system at 70,000 miles. My vehicle was manufactured in the Chicago plant 4 months past the recall date.
