The contact owns a 2013 Ford Explorer. The contact stated that while reversing at 4 mph, his foot slipped and depressed the accelerator pedal causing him to loose control of the vehicle. The contact crashed into another vehicle. The failure occurred on multiple occasions. The contact stated that the brake pedal was too small and too close to the fuel pedal. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 30,000.
