I purchased the new vehicle expecting a quality product. unfortunately the jerk in the window is annoying. I visited the service station with the complaint, they took my car for three days and they claim they fixed new motors but for me there is no difference. After the service i find that the fuel economy came down drastically. Before giving for services it was 7.8km/Litr and after service i find that the fuel economy is 7Km/litr.
Service people claim this is common for all Explorer
I raised this issue with ford US and they said they are not the concerned people and i need to follow with Middle East I raised the complaint online twice but no response since one week.
I revisited the service center and sit with service manager, he said he also have explorer and he is also facing same pronlem
My advice to people who intend to purchase is, Ford cannot be trusted, they are dumping poor quality of products a premium price.

Driver side window doesn't roll up automatically, it does this intermittently. When all the way down and using the one touch roll up feature, it goes up halfway, then rolls back down. Very annoying. Haven't had time to go to the dealership to have it checked out.
