The dealer stated that they would have to repair the vehicle per technical service bulletin: 17-0044. The dealer finally agreed to replace the ptu under warranty and cover the repair cost. Prior to updating the vla, the contact was informed by the eco system hotline that the vehicle would not be affected. The failure mileage was 51,000.
