I opened my automatic liftgate to put groceries away, and once it was fully open, it immediately started to slam shut on my head. I'm so fortunate that I was not holding my baby at the time. The liftgate opens fine, but then immediately slams shut. I have checked online to determine what the problem is, and I cannot tell if it is a strut/lift arm or an electrical issue.
