The contact owns a 2017 Ford Explorer equipped with hankook ventus S1 noble 2 tires, size: 255/50R20. The contact stated that all four tires experienced peeling and tread chipping. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (autonation Ford, 1400 interstate 20, arlington tx), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist.
