Less than 4,000 miles on vehicle, lost sound on sound system, wouldn't turn on, then door locks froze, had to crawl into car from rear seat and pull inside handle to open driver's door. Already had an appointment to get sound system looked at, and when dealer looked at lock issue, the lock completely failed and the door wouldn't latch, so couldn't drive the vehicle. I have been waiting almost five weeks now for the parts to get this fixed on a brand new vehice. Found out that pickups had this problem and required a class action lawsuit to get it fixed and really hope I don't have to go that way.

Dealer provided a free loaner, they are great. Ford customer service people blew me off and said that I needed to work with my dealer and wouldn't acknowledge my complaint.
