This car had an issue with the rear passenger window rattling. Took it to the dealership twice. The first time they said the window was "off track." Why? It's a new vehicle. The second time they said, "Oh, these Explorers are just noisy." Not acceptable. Trading it in at 19,000 miles. I really wanted to like it but it is way too noisy for the $42K I had to finance.
