There-??s no accident. The passenger front recliner is stuck in the reclined position ( laying all the way back ). In the seated position, facing forward, the left side of the seat is stuck. The right side near the passenger door wants to come up, but not the left side. The seat is laying down flat in the reclined position. This is a safety issue.
