This has been an ongoing problem since we drove this vehicle off the lot.drive shaft is made of aluminum, needs replacement. We have been complaining to ford for over 2 yrs, they don't want to acknowledge the problem. When we finally did get through to a "person", they want us to pay 25% of the bill to fix it. We are thoroughly discussed with their lack of customer service and can't believe how they won't even back their own product. Apparently they stopped making this vehicle for 1 year (after 2005) because they knew their was a problem with it. However they won't even consider us! Has anybody out the had any problems with 2005 Sport tracs? Please we can't be alone!

I started fighting with the dealership soon after purchase. Supposed to be a certified used vehicle. They gave me the run around, over and over. Guy in the shop admitted their might be a problem, but then his manager got to him and he changed his story. Contacted Ford Motor Company over and over. Absolutely no help. I don't think most of the people that I talked to had ever seen a Ford. My truck still vibrates, I'm on my third set of tires.
