F-150 XKT 4.6L Litre V8

  • Manual transmission
  • 178,000 miles

Truck was running poorly, rough, loss of power. I replaced 8 spark plugs and wires, but subsequently, check engine light illuminated and rough running got worse. This truck was one of the last built with older engines. It doesn't have coil packs. Could there be a distributor on this motor I need to replace?
