Bearings in front of vehicle have been coming apart when consumer was driving. Consumer lost control. Contacted Ford Motor Company, and they were not willing to do anything.*akthe original and replacement parts have both failed. The wheel was on the verge of falling off.

After feeling vibration in truck about a month ago, it was taken to a wheel alignment shop. Mechanic stated that the front wheel bearings were damaged. The part was only available through Ford. The part was on back order for about three weeks before repair was made.

Making sharp left turn heard loud metal noise. Noticed front end dropped. Mechanic did not find problem at first. Noticed upper control arm had bent. Had front end aligned, wheel bearings had overheated/rotors warped. Needed truck checked.
