Gas tank straps failed, tank fell off, full tank of gas, hasmat had to show up to clean up the gas, had tank and straps replaced.

I filled my fuel tank up and notice a gasoline smell. During an inspection of the tank I found gas on the ground and the rear fuel tank strap rusted completely through and a hole in the tank where the strap would have been. This is not only a health hazard but a fire hazard as well.
