Ea 02 001/steering column: Steering wheel locked up while making a left turn. The steering column was replaced.the old parts are available for analysis. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified. Feel free to provide any further information.

Intermittently when making a turn steering wheel becomes irratic and drifts. Dealer has inspected and repaired vehicle several times, but problem still exists. Steering gear and pitman arm were replaced for steering wheel problem.

When turning steering wheel there is a clunck that one can feel in steering wheel, seems loose. Dealer contacted four times, states nothing is wrong. Dealer cannot duplicate the problem.
