On July 28th around 3:00 am there was a storm earlier in the night and a tree top fell into the road and I wentto apply the brakes they locked up causing me to fish tail and lose control spinning around twice making me strike a tree and spin back around and nose dive down and embankment and land on all four wheels messed up the front bumper left fender left door cracked windshield and completely wiped out the bed.

In a 45 mile an hour roll over in a Ford F150 my son as a passenger wearing his seat belt was ejected from the vehicle causing great bodily harm. The seat assembly broke loose from the floor frame, seat belt broke and he was along with the driver ejected through the passenger door which opened during the roll over. After ejection of the passengers the truck traveled over a small bank into a stream bed and exploded into fire.
