While driving the throttle stuck which resulted in an accident. Consumer put his foot of the brake to change gears and the motor accelerated to a high rate of speed. He then hit a pole.

Consumer started vehicle, put it in reverse, with foot still on the brakes, vehicle raved up at high RPM, and burnt rubber. Consumer had to apply excessive force to the brakes to stop the vehicle.
