Vehicle was struck in the near frontal location during a collision, the airbags never deployed and the seatbelt did not restrain consumer, causing him to be thrown forward and sustain injuries, consumer states that the frame was bent so badly, it caused a hump in the floorboard, the cab of the truck was shifted on the chassis.

While driving in rain, vehicle hydroplaned hitting a fence and went into a ditch, upon impact airbags did not deploy. Vehicle totaled, and passenger injured.. consumer also stated the seat belts did not restrain the passenger properly.
