Tie-Rod broke turning into a 7-11 parking lot. Second broken rod in past year. Both broke after turning into parking lots. Previous time, force of rod snapping drove the rod thru the wheel, piercing it and puncturing the tire. Had to replace ball-joint, tie-rod, wheel & tire. It appears to be an obvious engineering defect putting too much pressure on the wheel. The camber of the tire on turns increases the stress on the metal. Should have designed a larger turning radius to avoid the issue. I can't believe that the number of problems w/ suspension haven't generated a recall.
