Complaint regarding the certification label for 2002 Ford F150.***transferred to ovsc***. the certification label was located on the leading edge of the half door on the drivers side, however the consumers son had an accident with the vehicle and the door had to be replaced and since then the consumer has been having difficulty getting a duplicate certification label.
