Not really a complaint about my car, but rather in need of a solution to a problem I have concerning my car. I need to retrieve the item, and I need instructions on how I can possibly get it =S

Basically a small item fell through the windshield defrost ducts, and I heard a noise when I turned A/C on to defrost the windows and onto max, so I'm wondering where the item could be, and how can I retrieve it..
