: the contact stated the tailgate detached from the vehicle and was hanging by the cables. This occurred while driving over a bump at 10 mph, hauling a 300 pound couch. The dealership and manufacturer determined this was not a manufacturer's defect though they admitted that it was not the contact's fault. The contact felt that the tailgate was built extremely light, and it was spring loaded. Felt that the dealer should take responsibility and repair the vehicle.
