2005 Ford F150 5.4L engine twice the fail safe came on while my wife driving and the engine shut down. Once in October,2009( on the interstate, speed 65) and 11/19/09. This could have resulted in a serious accident she was able to get off the road. After a couple of minutes, engine started ok. With no check engine on Ford dealer replaced throttle body and motor; reprogrammed PCM at a cost of $510.
