While stopped in traffic, I was hit in the rear end by another vehicle during normal road conditions, both the driver seat and the passenger seat collapsed, both myself (driver) and the passenger received neck, shoulder, and back injuries. My vehicle received heavy damage. A police accident report was taken.

: the contact stated while stopped, the vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle during normal road conditions. The front seats collapsed, and the driver sustained neck and knee injuries. The passenger sustained knee injuries. The vehicle was deemed total, and a police report was taken.
