It is sad when you take a Ford truck to the Karl Flammer Ford dealer and they can not tell you anymore then you already know what is wrong. We have changed the spark plugs and Coil pack #5 going on the third time.

After speaking with several people and auto technicians regarding the problem of replacing spark plugs in a 2006 F-150 truck, I had to scratch my head and wonder who in the hell would use such a design flaw and not stand behind it for their loyal customers??? How can you make a product that even YOUR OWN trained technicians can't do w/o breaking off the heads in the engine??? And no recalls...pathetic FORD, pathetic. Something that should be routine is all but and YOU won't stand behind it. If you (FORD) can't do the right thing, maybe it's time to look elsewhere for a vehicle. And if this is what I get to look forward to in changing simple plugs...what else is in store for other possible issues.

F-150 Super Crew King Ranch 6.0L Diesel

I called ford ,no response except they would give free advice , the cost was my problem not theirs, and they were not going to help in any way, to many miles, even though this started before my warranty was out. they have said to me to don't call back, we will give advice only, and if i did not want that just say so, and they would not give that. I have wrote ford so many letters, that somebody had to no about this. I got the B.B.B. in on this, they have been bought out by ford, they suck also. no one wants to keep my truck for free for one week and drive it. thats all it would take, and they would see what i'm trying to get fixed. I will tell anyone and everyone i can to save their money and don't buy a 6.0 diesel. please write me and i will tell you my problems from 18,000 miles to now. i will never purchase another ford with a 6.0 motor, it is a big upkeep, and will cost you your business if you don't watch out. ford will not stand behind it once you go out the door. i heard sales people say boy we sure are glad that problems gone, service people say i hate the 6.0 motor, wer have more problems on that motor than any other motor. ford knows that and that is why they will not fix your truck at their expense. their will be other people soon with their complaint since i know were to send them.
