On May 1,2011 I received a recall notice from Ford Motor Co. For recall # 11S18 on my 2006 F-150 truck. I made an appointment with mcree Ford in dckenson, tx. The next day they cancelled the saying appointment stating they didn't have the part and would get back to me. I tried to reschedule again, to no avail. I called Ford again who said I would be put on the priority list. 21/2 months have passed and still no resolution. Please help to resolve this matter.

I received a recall notice (11S18) from Ford Motor Company for air bag deployment issues that could cause injury to driver. I scheduled appointment for this repair and dropped 2006 Ford F150 at the dealer on scheduled date. The truck repair couldn't be performed because Ford Motor Company did not supply the parts. I have a hard time getting the truck to the dealer for the day as it is my only transportation as I work 20 miles away from home. Ford Motor Company should have supplied this part prior to the scheduled date provided to me. I think Ford Motor Company owes me some time and transportation now to get this problem fixed or take the piece of you know what back. I have not had a good to say the least experience with this Ford truck and I am not the only one that feels the way I do about Ford.and the problems they are putting on the road and to the customers.
