I informed Ford of the problem. They refused to fix it even though it was a manufacturing problem, not mechanical. Ford has a great product, but their customer service is horrible. Supposedly resealing the 3rd break light or back window will solve the issue. I had a Dodge for 15 years, and never called the customer service line. I did not have to. I have had this truck a year and called 3 times with Ford. That says something!

my truck is less than 3 years old. There is no reason for the back window to leak the truck has never been in an accident

My back window has leaked since it was 2 months old. Went to Ford and they had it 2 days and said I was crazy. I traded in a f-150 that was 1 year old with the same issue and they said the same thing so that truck never got fixed either

My back seat was severely wet, and carpet too. Especially during Harvey.
