Since new, the fuel level shown by the gauge and the miles left to empty shown in the information center has been inaccurate and inconsistent. I will park the truck with it near empty and showing 15 miles to empty then the next morning I'll have a quarter tank and 110+ miles to empty. I routinely fuel up when the truck shows I'm within a gallon of running out but when I fill up the tank it only takes 28 gallons..., it has a 36 gallon tank. I've run out of gas in my driveway when the gauge shows near a quarter of a tank, and I've run to the gas station thinking i'm about ready to run dry only to find out I have a quarter tank. On occasion I've noticed the fuel gauge going up while I'm driving...., neat trick

The same that the other user posted, the gauge and the average MPG are inaccurate. This isn't a serious problem, but it's annoying that when I'm going to fuel up, I use to fuel more than 15 gal and the gauge never reaches more than 3/4 of the tank, even if I had 1/4 before fueling up.
I just tell you that I've never seen my fuel gauge in the Full range...
