The contact owns a 2009 Ford F-150. The contact stated there the back lighting of the instrument panel could not be manually adjusted. As a result, the contact would have difficulty reading the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 5 and the current mileage was 6,500.
