F-150 Platnium 5.4L

The repair is $1600.00 and the exhaust manifold bolts have sheared off. Apparently, this has happened to many Ford F150 owners. Of course, my extended warranty just ran out by 10k miles. Ford needs to recall this part.

Seems Ford has copied the cheap Dodge exhaust system. The 2004 F150 was perfect so why change? I expected the exhaust not to sound like a 18 wheeler.
