WHEN USING SYNC TO MAKE CALLS IT DOESN'T GO THROUGH ON FIRST TRY. YOU HAVE TO REPEAT IT TO MAKE IT WORK. VOICE RECOGNITION NOW HAS HARD TIME GETTING CORRECT PARTY. LOCAL DEALER SAID THAT MICROSOFT HAD DONE AND UPGRADE AND SEVERAL FORD OWNERS WITH SYNC WERE HAVING TROUBLE. NO SOLUTION AT THIS TIME. WOULD LIKE FORD TO HAVE BETTER ANSWERS THAN NO SOLUTION.
