In order for me to shift the truck from park I have to reach on top of the column and press out with my finger nail a little white switch (in a shape of a small doughnut) out, then I can shift. I also notice the brake lights doesn't come on as normal when pressing on the brakes, the light comes on when pressing a bit more on the brake. I saw some videos and it mentioned how to deal with the shifting issues and that how I found out about that little $%#@ switch.

I tried different sights to get the right name of that part and I have told it's the "Brake release switch" but I get different parts that does not look like the part I have on the column. I need the proper nomenclature, and the sight where I can order it.

if someone tells me to take it to the dealership, I'll ask give me your wallet because it expensive on this island.
