Sales team at dealership assured us Sync and the iPhone 4 it worked, no problems. Less than 200 miles and 24 hours from the lot, we began to see bluetooth disconnects from an iPhone a4 and an iPhone 3gs. Took it in to service and the service department tells us the iPhone is not supported. Sync tells us it is.
Dealership will no longer troubleshoot or deal with the issue as "Ford may not cover it". Currently at the Ford Customer Care regional manager level to either have the vehicle swapped for a non-nav equipped vehicle or purchase the vehicle back less mileage. I AM NOT HAPPY!
