I seen there is a recall on cooper tires. The cooper tires I have on my truck is not on the list but, on 02/17/2021 one of my front tires did what they claim the tires on recall do. I was driving on a highway and my low tire light come on and instantly my tire went flat and was told it was un-repairable. I had replace that tire and also I replaced the other side so both would have the same trade wear.

Bf goodrich bf15L3110317 tire blew out while driving to work. On the way to work on 11/05/18 while driving on the highway I suddenly heard a rumbling sound coming from the passenger rear tire and immediately pulled over to the guard rail on the highway. Lucky for me, no other car was beside me when I had to pull over so quickly before causing damage to my truck or anyone else. I took the tire back to where I purchased it and asked if there have been any recalls on that set of tires purchased in 2017. The sales representative stated nothing listed, but strangely the tire has been discontinued for sales. Called the manufacturer and gave them all the information about the incident and awaiting car care center to contact them with all the details. Hopefully this is not a trend where other consumers are at risk.

The tire went flat while driving due to a 5 - 6" separation in the center of the tire. Two tire stores confirmed it appeared to be separation due to manufacturing.

My new Ford F-150 has original equipped hankook dynapro at tires. They are P235 75 R17 with the dot T79jpcyh (4010). I have a life time maintenance program on the truck and the tires have been checked and rotated at approximately every 4400 miles. With 18,500 miles on the truck and tires, I was driving about 25mph on a city street when the left rear tire blew. It had a clean tear from rim to tread. The truck has low tire pressure monitoring and I had no warning of low pressure so I know the tire was not heating up from low pressure. I did not hit anything on the street ( it is a six lane divided, well traveled street) and suddenly with a loud bang the tire went down. No help from the Ford dealer on this problem. The tire dealer I went to was surprised to see passenger tires on a truck.
