The contact owns a 2012 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the door lock on the rear driver's and passenger's side doors failed to operate or open as needed. The contact stated that the doors failed to lock when the doors were closed. The contact had taken the vehicle to mountain grove Ford (11311 us-60 bus, mountain grove, mo 65711) on two separate occasions however, the failure recurred after each repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.
