like my 2009 f-150 with bluetooth which never worked properly, my 2012 never works properly, same unit, ford never fixed problem, dealer can't either, dealer reprogrammed both trucks at least 15 times to no avail, it works for a few days then stops, problem going on for 4 years, no solution.
