all 4 rotors are covered in rust(backsides)that hang up pads

Writing a letter to Mike Ford & considering a class action lawsuit. There's got to me more people than me having this rotor issue. Maybe they should have some more auto parts made in China using substandard materials!! BRING JOBS BACK TO AMERICA!!!
