This noise is really annoying and you cannot regulate the heat or the a/c. It knocks even when the motor is off, it knocks just sitting there. I am worried that it will go out and I will have no heat this winter. Looked on the internet and this is a common problem, you have to take the front panel out to fix it. Ford needs to fix this.
