The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-150. While driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle chassis felt loose. The contact was driving next to a larger vehicle and the air from that vehicle would draw the contact's vehicle closer, almost causing a crash. The contact stated that the rear of the vehicle felt the loosest and it was difficult to drive with a trailer attached. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was notified and did not assist. The failure mileage was 29,000.

The vehicle was taken to ted britt Ford (11165 fairfax blvd, fairfax, va 22030) where it was diagnosed that the lead frame needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 70,500.
