The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-150. When the ignition was turned to the on position, the vehicle did not start. The contact observed that the connector detached from the positive side of the battery post. After several attempts, the vehicle restarted. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The maufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 36,500.
