The contact owns a 2013 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the after refueling the vehicle, the contact became aware of a fuel leak underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the fuel filler neck was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact reached out to el cajon Ford (1595 E main St, el cajon, ca 92021) where the dealer confirmed that they were aware of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 108,000.
