HAD TO PAY OUT OF MY ON POCKET FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEN HAD TO TAKE BACK TO DEALER AND HAVE THE OTHER HUB FIXED AND THEY COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. TRUCK IS AGAIN MAKING THE SAME NOISE AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE THEM REPLACED AGAIN.

While in 4wd if truck was steered in a turn, driver side front would produce a rattling/grinding noise that sounded like the tire was about to fall off. Took to Ford as was told it was probably the hub/actuator and that the way Ford made it allowed mud/water to seap in. Again, it's a 4wd! Parts were replaced under warranty and plan on putting it through the paces to see if problem is truly fixed. Cheap parts again!
