F-150 XLT V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 27,000 miles

While in 4wd if truck was steered in a turn, driver side front would produce a rattling/grinding noise that sounded like the tire was about to fall off. Took to Ford as was told it was probably the hub/actuator and that the way Ford made it allowed mud/water to seap in. Again, it's a 4wd! Parts were replaced under warranty and plan on putting it through the paces to see if problem is truly fixed. Cheap parts again!
