No one at Ford Motor Company or My Sync can diagnosis the problem I am having with a new 2014 Ford 150. Cannot run a Vehicle Health Report and NO ONE knows why! When I inquire, their standard answer is they are working on it. In the meantime, I will loose my auto discount, which I had through ON STAR with a Chevrolet. I think I made a mistake buying a Ford instead of a Chevrolet.
Update from Sep 18, 2014: I am happy to report that Ford Motor Company resolved my problem today!

I have taken vehicle back to dealer and they did not fix the problem. They acted like they had no idea how the SYNC actually worked. So then I called Ford SYNC support and they tried to help me over the phone. They had no idea why it wouldn't work anymore. They told me they would call me back in three days with a solution. That was ten days ago. Last I checked, the SYNC system is between the front and rear bumper so it should be covered by warranty. I want the damn thing to work.
