Beautiful new truck, driving down the road on a beautiful day and smoke started pouring out of the exhaust! Not a bit of smoke, a crazy get lost in ton of smoke! Got it home and had it towed to the dealership! They were busy so it sat for a week before they could even look at it! They had to call in mechanics from Ford head office to help figure out what was wrong! Turbo was blown, no parts in Ontario, need to get them from Texas, that takes a week!
Still waiting to here from Ford. Worried about the other turbo, worried about the oil that went into exhaust when turbo blew!!!

Dealer replace water pump & said they had to replace intake gasket because of a water hose that went to it, damaged it. (never heard of such a thing) Good thing it was under warranty. Picked my truck drove out on the highway. It would barely go thru the gears (6 speed auto) & the warning light was on. (no power) Drove it back to the dealer. Said they would look at the next day. Returned & they said both Turbos were out. When I took it in for the water pump replacement, it was running perfect. So how can all of sudden the turbos go out? Anyone else had this problem? Also the intake was not leaking when I took it in.
