In cold weather on Cape Cod windshield fluid freezes, it doesn't get that cold on the Cape. I mentioned it when I brought it in for service, they said it could be the pump failing but it has been happening since I bought the truck in 2016. I saw this same problem on other blogs. In all the vehicles I've owned over the years this has never happened
