Headliner seemed loose due to pushing the interior light buttons and closing the sunglass holder in the headliner. Then I realized there was a gap I could fit my hand in on the drivers side and the passenger side was tight. Ford told me the headliner was held in by magnets on my aluminum truck!! They simply replaced it.
