Compass display (turn by turn, not true GPS) Main screen display shows N-E-S-W as it should but for example when you are going N you can assume S is behind you however the indications around the Compass Ball show E and W as the opposite of what they should be, in other words traveling N you know E is on your right side but it shows W on your right side and vice versa. Ford claims engineering programmed the Compass Ball after a Navigational Compass and said that is the way it will stay, no fix.

Navigation System keep cutting off and tells me to replace with new SD card.
This happens almost everyday. Have to resort to using my cellphone for navigation. This is not why I paid extra for navigation in the car.

PROBLEM COMES AND GOES OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS, CALLED TO ASK ABOUT A NEW CARD, AND WAS TOLD IF I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN AND IT WASNT DOING IT AT THAT EXACT TIME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. NOT A GOOD ANSWER WHEN I AM LEAVING TOWN IN TWO DAYS!!!
Update from Jul 5, 2016: AFTER WEEKS OF BEING TREATED POORLY, AND NO HELP, I DROVE TO DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE WITH A SALESMAN, TOLD HIM THAT IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED, TOOK 2 SALESMAN OUT TO MY TRUCK, THEY DID A MASTER RESET, IT DID NOT WORK, I ASKED THEM TO PUT IN A NEW SD CARD FROM ONE OF THE NEW VEHICLES ON THE LOT, AND IT WORKED.

The Sync system on my 2015 Ford F150 has intermittently not worked for periods of time since I purchased it used in 2018. I quickly found out from checking online that this is a very well know issue for Ford F150 trucks and there is apparently no know resolution to it. Ford is definitely aware of the issue as many vehicles have been brought back to dealerships for servicing of this issue, to no avail.
I don't understand how there is no recall on this. This will definitely affect my decision on which truck to purchase the next time around as there is no way I'm going to drive a vehicle with no functioning radio/nav system. I am also not spending the $1,500+ out of pocket to fix it when it should not have broken in the first place and is obviously the result of a flawed product. It looks like it's Chevy for me next time.
