F-150 emblems peeling off at first oil change. Dealership allegedly ordered them. Two months later. One emblem came in and was replaced. No problems. The other emblem was reordered. Sent back twice by dealership allegedly due to storage issues in warehouse. Was told that I should have called them. In August second emblem finally arrived. Fixed in twelve minutes. Oops. Auto technician put twelve dents in my front quarter panel while prying old emblem off. Ah its aluminum!!!! Dealership was shocked until they saw damage. Repair by paintless dent remover guy. AWESOME job. Dealership provided loaner vehicle overnight. But why did it have to happen?
