excessive, premature rust

Same issue as what others have posted. Seems like the bolts used in suspension parts are prone to rust. Completely unacceptable since I bought this truck at the end of August. Can't help but feel like I have been swindled, as I was thinking about going with a 2015 Ram 1500. I'll post pictures this weekend and schedule an appointment for before the end of the month to have it inspected. Hopefully, they offer to do more than just sand and paint the parts.

Update from Oct 23, 2015: Here's just one picture of the rust. I'll get under the truck this weekend and take more pics.

Went to the Ford Dealership in Pensacola FL (World Ford Pensacola) and was told they would not do anything about it. I contacted Ford Service that will contact the regional service manager and see what happens. I will also sit down with the Sales guy and GM next with the dealer.

Ford does not care about customers anymore. My entire Family will not buy Fords anymore.

there is rust on the ball joints, drive shaft u-joints

I purchased a new Ford F-150 and noticed three days later that there is completely rusted parts on the suspension and u-joints. I spoke to ford and they are calling it fallout. They do not protect these parts in their manufacturing process. They have offered to sand the parts and paint them but the rust is not surface rust. As you can see in the pictures these parts need to be replaced.

Ford needs to honor their warranty and replace these parts. if you purchase a new vehicle right off the lot I can understand some rust. but this rust is really bad.
