I would be driving & taillights, turn signals would go out. 1st time took it to a local mechanic because I was on the road. He could not find the problem. On the way home they worked! In December that year they went out again. Took it to Stonewall Ford; when they looked at it they were working! 3rd time later the next year (truck was out of warranty) the taillight system went out again took truck to Exell Ford in Carthage, TX. They removed the bed found it was on top of wire bundle that was causing a short. They charged me over $900 to repair. This was not my problem, it was a manufacturing mistake & should not have cost me.

Issues with my 2015 F-150: 1. Fault code with Cross traffic alert. 2. Fault code Blind Spot Alert. 3. Engine fan winding down noise when shutting-off. 4. Power running boards stopped working on their own had to reset them (x1); now driver side stays down, while passenger side won’t come down. 5. Drivers side power running board stays down. Can't reset. 6. Passenger side folding mirror puddle light won't turn off. 7. HVAC system won't turn on. 8. Both front driver and passenger side windows won't go down. 9. Airbag light on dashboard under RPM stays on.
My local dealership is looking at the vehicle and working to diagnose the problem. While I researched these issues, I found another forum that also, listed similar issues and supposedly cause and resolution. I am waiting to see if what my dealership isolates as to the cause. --> https://www.f150forum.com/f118/2015-f150-platinum-w-numerous-electrical-issues-330402/

So I have a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat. She's got 80,000 miles on her and hasn't ever given me any issues, until now. I live in Texas and we just had a pretty decent few days of freezing weather (20 degrees for 3 days straight). I assume this was the cause of the problem, but when I drive my truck now, AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF DRIVING, certain electrical components shut off all of a sudden. The AC/heating turns off, I can't turn the volume up or down on my stereo or change the station (however the stereo will not shut off, the music will still play at the volume I had last left it on). The front 2 windows stopped operating, however I can still roll up and down the back 2 windows. All the sensors on my truck stop working and it notifies me on my dashboard. The truck engine does not shut off (I can still drive perfectly), I can still lock and unlock the truck, the passcode on the driver door still works.
THIS IS THE WEIRD PART!!!
When I park, shut the truck off, and re-start it, the same issues still do not work. However, if I turn the truck off and let it stay off for at least about 30 minutes, when I start it up again everything will work fine! Then, about 10 minutes later, the same issues will shut off once again...
Not sure whats going on exactly, pretty sure it's something with the computer/programming.
If someone has an answer or at least advice to get me closer to a solution, that would help soooo much. I want to try to not drop thousands of dollars on this issue!
