I was on road hauling autos with my 20 ft car hauler my brakes needed replaced so I went to get them changed I ended up breaking ratchet which huge pipe wrench it was so stubborn had to take torch welder to melt stud so I could get my wheel off just so I could put brakes on so it would be safe to haul cars. Worked 2 days on it beat my hands to death, welder charged me $300 when I finally got truck back to Corbin told them how they put lug nuts on with impact wrench. They denied do it when servicing and rotation they said they would prove it the called video guy but they could produce video before got told them couldn’t go back that far so they took me back to back office started pulling videos after calling time trying to find my truck on version they never could produce video and refused to stand behind there words.
This is second f150 I’ve bought from ford to put on my auto hauling business I just bought new extended warranty extra $3000 dollars I am going to Lexington ky television station and give them my story let them video what I had to do to and how injured I was for doing work on vehicle a disable arthritis ridden customer shouldn’t have to go through this. I’m just trying to run a business my $23000 vehicle that I praise ford about having such a good product and you guys faint replace my wheel is all I ask for sense you buy them buy the value you would think you would want your customer happy especially since he’s getting ready to buy one of you dually pickups to hook to a three car hauler goose neck trailer but don’t think I’ll be doing that looks like I will be going to Chevy, dodge or even Toyota. I’ve always been die hard ford fan but you guys really have showed what your customers mean to you f*ck you ford elite bastards take your product and shove it u your f*cking ass you bunch of bastards
